Are you ready to shadowbox with Slim Shady?

Slim Shady has become the latest artist to be signed to PeleroArtist Series of training platform Peloton.

As of this Friday (Jan. 28), users of the exercise application will be able to log onto Peloton's first-ever boxing-specific artist series and shadowbox.

Aside from the full access to Marshall's entire catalog, Peloton will premiere the class series with an appearance by the rap god, who will be making his debut on the platform, according to a press statement announcing the collaboration.

Em shared the news on his Twitter account while quoting Muhammad Ali to announce his collaboration with the fitness app. Shadowboxers panned on the video posted while playing his song "Greatest" from his Platinum-certified 2018 album "Kamikaze".

Interestingly, Slim Shady's collaboration with Peleton made sense. Antoine Fuqua's 2018 boxing movie "Southpaw" is actually inspired by the rapper's struggles. Before Jake Gyllenhall took the lead, it was initially offered to Eminem. Eminem was still a massive part of the project as he executively produced the film and as well as recorded the track "Phenomenal" for the film's official soundtrack.

Shadowboxing with Eminem

Peleton announced that they were "making history" in a press release as they offered three rounds of live back-to-back boxing classes with Eminem all night long. The series' premiere will include a special one-night boxing event developed to allow members to participate from anywhere in the world by logging into any of three live boxing classes.

These live shadowboxing classes will be taught by instructors Rad Lopez (6 p.m. ET), Selena Samuela (7 p.m. ET), and Kendall Toole (9 p.m. ET), and will later be made available on-demand after the event has concluded. In addition, Em's music will also be available across other Peloton platforms over the weekend. Aside from Eminem, Peloton has also recently rolled out collections featuring the music of David Bowie and Taylor Swift.

VERZUZ with Who?

Recently, Eminem's mentor, Dr. Dre teased on Instagram a potential appearance for the rap icon. Although no mentions of VERZUZ were stated, fans are excited to see Slim Shady on the center stage again, especially on the VERZUZ stage.

Swizz Beats chimed in on the frenzy, suggesting Busta Rhymes can be an excellent fit to battle Slim Shady on VERZUZ.

Previously, Swizz named the rap god as someone who he is open to rapping against on the famous hip-hop stage.

As per writing, no word from Em nor anyone from VERZUZ has been announced on the much-anticipated battle.
