As of this writing, details of the balladeer's death have yet to be uncovered.

Filipino celebrities who have worked with Martin have poured out condolences already and disbelief for his tragic and untimely loss.

Filipino entertainer and close friend of Keith Martin, Sheree Bautista, was the first to break the news on social media. She had recently collaborated with Martin over some YouTube videos.

Sheree confirmed to PEP that Keith was found dead in his condominium unit in Quezon City, Philippines.

Neighbors of Martin were complaining of a foul odor coming from his unit, which prompted them to call security and the unit owners.

Initial findings say that it has already been a week since the R&B singer has passed away in his unit, although autopsy results have yet to confirm the exact details.

Sheree recounted that she noticed that the singer was unwell the last time they met. She also added that Keith was all alone in his unit and had been "heart-broken" since his split with his Filipina girlfriend last year.

On a video that premiered yesterday on Sheeree's YouTube Channel, the two played an A-Z song challenge where the late R&B singer belted out his iconic song "Because of You."

"Little did I know this is the last time I'm seeing you and hearing your loud ass voice! kitkit! you will be missed! ," Sheree said in a Facebook post.
