BTS is currently the world's biggest boy band. Their current album, Butter, released in July 2021, has topped the Billboard 200 chart, just like all the  2,490,969 copies in its first month alone.

A quick computation in the mind would reveal instantly that this boy band is raking in the cash. But how much is BTS net worth in 2022, really? Read on.

BTS Net Worth 2022

The members of the wildly popular K-pop group have made a fortune off their talents.

According to The Wealth Record, BTS's net worth is $100 million. This is not the combined net worth of the individual members mind you. it is the group's worth as a solid bank. Each members apart from this whopping figure, also has their own net worth.

Though BTS was intended to be a hip-hop group, its music spans genres from K-pop to R&B, which may explain their vast appeal. 2 Kool 4 Skool was released in 2013. Their debut studio album, Dark & Wild, was out in 2014, although their previous music helped them gain a following.

More than eight years after their debut, BTS has cemented its place as one of the world's top groups. Because they've smashed so many records, they'll be inducted in 2022. "Boy With Luv" alone smashed three records. For the first Asian act to reach 5 billion streams on Spotify.

In February 2020, BTS released Map of the Soul: 7. It was their fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard Top 200. Despite having to reschedule their 2020 tour because to the Coronavirus, they released BE in November 2020.

In 2022, BTS announced "Permission to Dance on Stage" concert series. Due to Covid-restrictions, the series contained both live and recorded performances, allowing fans to watch from home.

The Korean super-band scheduled four gigs in Vegas in 2022, and Ticketmaster reports that all four sold out before tickets went on sale.

MUsic no doubt, is the reason behind the group's massive alvalue. Composing, producing, and performing their own songs on world tours - has undoubtedly hped the guys amass a fortune. BTS made $170 million from touring alone, and its label Big Hit Entertainment was listed on the South Korean stock exchange in September 2020.

After the first day of trade, each group member had $7.9 million in holdings.

But BTS has diversified into other ventures that offer value. An 8-part documentary by BTS was released in 2018. The documentary used footage from their Wings Tour. In late 2018, they released a film version of their documentary, Burn the Stage: The Movie. Forbes reports a $2.4 million opening weekend.

Other initiatives, such as reality and variety shows, have also benefited the band. Shows such as "Let's BTS," "Rookie King: Bangtan", and "BTS Gayo," certainly allowed them to take home the bread, the butter, and everything else.

In these shows,  the group traveled around Europe for ten days. American Hustle Life followed the trio as they learned about hip-hop history from instructors Coolio and Warren G.

BTS is a valued brand. They are worth $3.6 billion to the South Korean economy. So it's no surprise that several brands pay BTS to be brand ambassadors. BTS has partnered with businesses like Coca-Cola, Mattel, and Hyundai (who had trouble keeping up with demand for the "Palisade" car after the BTS endorsement).

BTS is now a global brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton, Fila, and McDonald's. The group just launched their new album Butter with a sold-out collaboration with CASETiFY. The BTS Butter x CASETiFY collection includes phone and AirPod cases, smartwatch bands, and more.

While each member's brilliance contributes to the group's total success, they also make a fortune on their own.

According to the Business Insider, BTS members have around $20 million individually. This is because apart from earning through BTS, they also have their own businesses, engagements, and assets.
