Shifty Shellshock, a Crazy Town co-founder and member, is said to have abandoned his son's medical and child support payments.
Tracy Shelor, who dated him between 2004 and 2008, told The Sun that she struggled to make ends meet when the Rockstar stopped making payments.
Shifty, whose actual name is Seth Binzer, stated in an interview with the publication that he doesn't have a job and can't afford to pay child support for their 13-year-old kid.
However, the Las Vegas makeup artist alleges that she has seen her ex broadcast his band's performances on Instagram as well as his work on a documentary with his current girlfriend, Soleil Moon Frye.
Tracy called the "Born To Raise Hell" singer a "deadbeat dead," alleging he refused to visit their kid in the hospital upon his diabetes diagnosis despite their repeated requests.
"He hasn't paid a single thing toward Gage's medical treatment and owes me over $64,000 in late payments for child support - I have asked him several times for help," she told The Sun.
Tracy went on to add that she was devastated when their kid was sent to the ICU and that she was alone, while Shifty continued to make excuses, claiming that his sobriety wasn't strong enough to allow him to go to Las Vegas.
When Tracy informed the musician that their kid had been hospitalized for depression following the diabetes diagnosis, despite his efforts to deal with his father's absence at one of his hardest periods, Shifty Shellshock still did not appear.
Despite the fact that Tracy and Gage's son is now recovering well, the whole ordeal has taken a toll on them.
They were both dealing with loss, rage, and frustration, as well as attempting to accept whatever was going on at the time.

It does not, however, imply that she is fully OK.
Tracy is still irritated with Seth Binzer because, despite claiming he doesn't have any money, the "Butterfly" singer continues to flaunt his lavish lifestyle on social media.
Some posts show him at a fancy seaside property with his fiancée, or the two of them on vacation.
"He goes on Hawaiian vacations, buys luxury French bulldogs, walks red carpets, has new hair plugs, a new sports car, and veneers... all while completely disregarding the reality that he has abandoned his child."
Tracy stated that he had all of the receipts and that he has the money but does not want to support their son.
