Kendrick Lamar has been working in the music industry for decades, and his hardwork paid off as he's considered to be one of the most wealthy rappers of all time, but did you know, he has other sources of income aside from making music? 

According to Wealthy Gorilla's top 20 richest rappers list, the songwriter and record producer has an estimated net worth of $75 million.

Aside from earning big money, he's also regarded as an influential musician as he inspired many younger generations in the hip-hop industry today.

Since the rapper is known for his well-written songs, he amassed millions of streams from different music platforms online like Spotify and Apple Music, however, he has more sources of money than you think.

Music-wise, he's sold over 17.8 million copies of albums.

His fortune began skyrocketing in 2014 as he earned $9 million. He later became one of the highest-paid entertainers in the following years.

Per Afrotech, Lamar earns money from royalties, touring, merch, brand deals, and other business ventures.

Today, he's the proud owner and founder of a creative agency called "pgLgang."

This made him receive almost a whopping $180 million throughout his career.

Kulture Hub reported that Lamar keeps a low profile and uses his money wisely as he doesn't have any expensive cars, extravagant mansions, and other luxurious items.

Kendrick Lamar New Album 2022: Coming Soon

After nearly four years of waiting, fans can now enjoy new music from Lamar as he recently dropped his first new solo single over the weekend called "The Heart Part 5."

The single was released for him to embark on a new era as he's going to release his highly-anticipated fifth studio album titled "Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers" on May 13. (via Variety)

The last time he released a solo project was in 2017 when he won a Grammy award for his record "DAMN." It was dropped two days before Coachella.

As of this writing, the rapper has not publicly released an official tracklist for his upcoming album.
