Wynonna Judd showed her love for her late mother, Naomi Judd, by fulfilling one promise she made after the legendary singer's death.

Fans still mourn after the untimely and unexpected passing of Naomi. Her daughter, Wynonna, pushed herself to continue her career and keep a promise to her mother.

The singer recently released a heartfelt collaboration and message of hope with Waxahatchee, titled, "Other Side." The project fulfilled her promise to Naomi to continue her musical career even without her mother and musical partner.

"In the midst of everything that has happened, I said that I would continue to sing. So, here I am. I met @waxa_katie last year, and we connected immediately," the 57-year-old said on Instagram.

Wynonna detailed that they recorded "Other Side" in the studio on the farm, becoming one of her favorite recording experiences to date. She then expressed her gratitude to have the chance to sing the song.

"Other Side" serves as her first release since 2020 and the first project without Naomi.
