Rapper Master P and his family confirmed that Tytyana Miller has died. She was only 29.

Master P first delivered the shocking and saddening news on Instagram, saying they had lost his daughter.

"We respectfully request some privacy so that our family can grieve. We appreciate all of the prayers, love, and support. Mental illness & substance abuse is a real issue that we can't be afraid to talk about. With God, we will get through this," he said.

Meanwhile, his oldest son, Romeo, also shared a separate post to pay tribute to his sister. He expressed the family's gratitude to everyone who offered prayers, love, and support amid the family's trying times.

Although losing Miller put them in deep grief, Romeo chose to look at the brighter side and think that Miller is now in a better place.

They did not disclose how exactly Miller died. But it has since been noted that she previously discussed her battle with substance abuse and addiction during her appearance on WE tv's "Growing Up Hip-Hop."

Did Tytyana Miller Commit Suicide?

As her family did not provide further details about her cause of death, the public thinks it is related to her mental health.

For what it's worth, both Master P and Romeo urged her to seek help when she opened up about her struggles on the show.

"I really hope TyTy is serious about making a change. I'm a drill sergeant in my house because you need somebody to tame you and tell you 'I'm gonna fix this.' If you need to get help, we're here for you," Master P said in a 2016 episode of the series, per Billboard.

The paramedics, unfortunately, pronounced Tytyana Miller dead on the scene.

As of press time, an official autopsy report for Miller has not been released. While waiting, Master P's fans and the late daughter's friends paid tribute to her online.
