Many fans have been concerned after Lil Durk was injured after his performance at this year's Lollapalooza as he was reportedly injured due to failed stage props; the rapper recently spoke out to reveal his next step following the incident.

According to Pitchfork, the 29-year-old musician was performing at Grant Park in Chicago when pyrotechnics exploded in front of him.

After the shocking incident, Lil Durk stopped rapping and appeared to wipe his eyes as the DJ checked on him, asking if he was okay.

Following the performance, the rapper took to his official Instagram account to share a photo of himself with a bandage on his right eye.

He also announced that he's taking a break to focus on his health.

"Due to the incident that happened at Lollapalooza in Chicago on stage, I'ma take a break & focus on my health," he wrote.

He concluded the post by saying he completed his set and he appreciate his fans.

After posting the photo, many fans and big rappers sent him well-wishes in the comment section including Swaelee, Trippie Redd, Nav, and more.

The musician is one of the many artists that performed last Saturday. Some of the headlining acts include J. Cole, Tomorrow X Together, WILLOW, Jhené Aiko, and Big Sean.

Sunday's show include BTS' J-Hope, making him the first South Korean artist to perform at the main stage of the event.

According to Variety, some fans blamed Lollapalooza's management for not handling their performers properly as it's their obligation to protect them during performances.

Lil Durk's next scheduled performance would be at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, however, his team has not announced if the show is canceled.

He also has a lot of scheduled appearances for his "Lil Durk: The 7220 Deluxe Tour" from September to October, per Live Nation's official website, including shows in Oklahoma City, North Little Rock, Milwaukee, Louisville, Columbia, Greensboro, Portsmouth, Brooklyn, San Francisco, Hollywood, and many more.

His tour will feature songs from the deluxe version of his "7220" album, which was released last month.

The deluxe edition has 14 new tracks, in addition to the original's 17-song tracklist. Collaborators include Ella Mai, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, EST Gee, and Doodie Lo.

The original album was released on March 11 and it featured some of his biggest hits like "Golden Child" and "Pissed Me Off."
