Geri Horner reportedly parted ways with her public relations firm in anticipation of a rumored Spice Girls tour next year.

After several years as a client of Outside Origination, the 49-year-old singer decided she 'wanted a change' and departed. Could this have an effect of the possibility of a Spice Girls' reunion?

The girl band that became a household name in the 1990s is rumored to be reforming for a world tour and an animated film, with Victoria Beckham perhaps joining them after missing the band's 2019 performances. But as these rumors have gone far too long, fans can never feel if there are definite plans indeed.

Now that Geri Horner made a massive decision on her personal music career, the reunion might even be affected.

A source revealed to The Sun that Geri decided it was time for a change, so she ended her relationship with Outside.

However, earlier this year it was announced that the reunion had been postponed due to Covid and Ginger Spice Geri's hectic schedules.

A insider informed the publication, "After a few years of lockdown, everyone has turned their backs on the organization in favor of other endeavors."

"'Geri is talking about new TV things, Emma [Bunton] has TV and radio work and the two Mel's are focusing on their own stuff."

A Spice Girls spokesperson is yet to comment on this new development and what it means.

Geri and Mel B, who were eager for Spice Girls to perform in Australia, were the driving force behind any future arrangements.

The girls performed 13 stadium gigs without Posh Spice back in 2019 in front of 700,000 fans, earning an estimated £80 million.

The previous year, they were featured in a marketing campaign for the smartphone game Coin Master.

In November of last year, Mel B, Geri, and Emma met at the posh Mandeville Hotel in London, while Mel C joined via Zoom to discuss rumors of a 2023 global tour.

Legion of fans would really want to see the reunion happen. Many artists of their right have grown up with their music too and are absolute fans themselves.

For instance, an insider shared that Adele is a "superfan" and would "absolutely" be in the audience after telling Mel B that witnessing their last gig at Wembley Stadium made her the happiest that year. Victoria Beckham said she could not join the reunion then because she already put her days as a Spice Girl behind her and would focus on her family and her business.
