After playing the role of Vecna, the Upside Down's most feared creature from "Stranger Things," Jamie Campbell Bower is ready to takeover the music industry as he released a new song and music video.
According to Loudwire, the 33-year-old actor dropped a song titled "I Am" which was accompanied with a sinister music video.
This isn't the first time the musician worked on a music project as this is not his debut single. He had been releasing music for years like his "Prologue (Live From the Alter)" in 2020 and many more.
Prior to his solo career, he previously became a frontman for the band COUNTERFEIT.
In a description for his new visuals, the music video features the actor playing two roles, a preacher and a wayward.
"At the very end of the video, both of Jamie's selves meet together in the aisle of the church. It's a haunting display of being confronted by your innerself," the description continues.
The video was directed by Vicente Cordero of Industrialism Films.
Jamie Campbell Bower's Plans For His Music Career
In an interview with Vulture, the actor teased fans about the things he's currently working on for his music career.
He noted that he has two different things going on at the moment, the first one is focusing on writing country and western music because it offerst he "opportunity to be very instinctual" like his new song.

Dishing about what happened behind the production of his latest release, he revealed that the vocals for "I Am" were recorded in one take and the video was shot the following week.
They found an "incredible director" who worked with them and they immediately released it.
For the second thing he's currently working on, the actor revealed he will give fans an "experience" but it doesn't necessarily mean he's going to release an album or go on tour.

Since Bower is popularly known for his acting career, many fans didn't expect that he's heavily-involved in the music scene.
"I've discovered @Jamiebower recently and I honestly fell in love with his music. His writing and interpretation are amazing and poetic," one wrote.
"I just discovered your music this year and it made me realize how ridiculously talented you are. Keep up with the amazing work!" another one wrote.
As of this writing, the musician has not revealed when he's going to release a new album or his next song.
