Jeon Jungkook, also known as Jungkook, rocketed to global prominence after making his BTS debut in June 2013 as the group's primary vocalist, lead dancer, sub rapper, center, and youngest member. His latest solo endeavour - a collaboration with Charlie Puth no less, certainly amassed him greater wealth and fame. The question is, could he now be richer than J-Hope?

Jungkook is now 25 years of age. And it's no joke his influence is, as a BTS member and an individual artist.

Since his debut, Jungkook has been extremely active in his career as a member of BTS. After nine years in the entertainment industry, how wealthy has "Golden Maknae" become?

BTS Jungkook Net Worth 2022

According to media publications like Seoul Space, the 24-year-old BTS member's projected net worth as of this year is $26 million USD. However, his net worth could reach up to $28 million USD. But this figure does not take into consideration his "Left and Right" success with Charlie Puth.

Given the worldwide phenomenal success that BTS has achieved over the years, as well as its huge fans and enormous influence, such a net worth amount is not surprising.

Richer Than J-Hope?

Before "Left and Right" came out, J-Hope is the richest. in fact, Jungkook merely ranked 5th, after Suga, RM, and Jimin.

Jungkook, like the rest of idols, amassed the majority of his wealth via promoting with BTS, such as through their tremendously successful song releases and merchandising.

In addition, BTS, who has a net worth of over $100 million USD due to their global notoriety and brand strength, has one of the highest appearance fees among groups, bringing them substantial earnings from television appearances, endorsement deals, and more.

Individually, Jungkook receives an annual base income of $8 million USD. According to reports, he also owns 68,000 shares of HYBE, which are valued at approximately $16 million USD. This means that his base net worth, ignoring other incomes, is already $24 million USD.

Jungkook earns income from his own music releases as well as from BTS tracks where he is listed as a producer and writer by the Korean Music Copyright Association (KMCA).

His solo outings on series such as "Flower Crew," "Celebrity Bromance," and "King of Masked Singer" also contributed to his income.

Phenomenal "Left and Right"

Jungkook of the South Korean boy band BTS and Charlie Puth recently collaborated to create the smash song Left and Right.
Left and Right was launched on June 24, 2022, and has since broken numerous records.

On July 19, the song Left and Right by the youngest member of BTS, Jungkook, surpassed 100 million streams on the music streaming platform Spotify.

Jungkook, also known as Jeon Jung-hoon, is the first Korean Soloist to surpass 100 million Spotify streams.
On July 13, 2022, the summer hit Left and Right surpassed 100 million YouTube views.

Whether or not he's richest among the BTS members does not really matter. All of them are wealthy beyond compare, all because they too are individually talented.
