Kanye West believes that the attacks on Lizzo's weight are part of a sinister plot to harm Black people. While many things have been said about Lizzo's weight, including those times that she lost weight, this is the first time that associated reactions to Lizzo's weight as something akin to "genocide." That's very unthinkable.. or unusual.

Ye notes that whenever Lizzo, his trainer's client, publishes about weight loss on social media, she is promptly targeted by bot accounts. Kanye explains that this is because the media wants to create the impression that being overweight is the new ideal for Black people, despite the fact that this is unhealthy.

In an interview with FNC's Tucker Carlson, Kanye claimed that promoting an overweight lifestyle is clinically harmful, going so far as to label those who do it "demonic."

Tucker asked Kanye why he believes the media promotes unhealthy lifestyles among African-Americans, and Kanye did not hold back. The response of Kanye was, "It's a genocide of the Black race."

Grammy-winning musician Lizzo, who has recorded two No. 1 albums and four Top 10 successes, as well as developed a fashion company and a plus-size dancing competition for Amazon Prime Video, has repeatedly been attacked in the past for being an openly "big" Black woman.

A video of a particular comic disparaging Lizzo's size and comparing her figure to the poop emoji surfaced one time. This unnamed comic stated that Lizzo has a "beautiful face," a backhanded praise fat women are all too familiar with, but that she is "built like a dish of mashed potatoes" and that true sisterhood consists of controlling what she and other big women like us consume.

He is not the first to criticize Lizzo's physique. Nearly every time she wears a swimsuit or other attire deemed "inappropriate" because she is overweight, insults about her physique circulate on social media.

A few weeks ago, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" actress Kathy Hilton on "Watch What Happens Live" referred to Lizzo as Precious, a character portrayed by Oscar-nominated actor Gabourey Sidibe in the 2009 film "Precious." Everyone on stage and in the audience chuckled, making Lizzo, Sidibe, and obese women into an unintentional punchline.
