The working connection between Kanye West and Johnny Depp's attorney, Camille Vasquez, has ended almost as swiftly as it began.

After Kanye doubled and tripled down on his anti-Semitic rants over the weekend, Camille reportedly informed her company, Brown Rudnick, that she would no longer work with Kanye.

Brown Rudnick reportedly attempted to collaborate with Kanye, but only on the condition that he publicly recant his anti-Semitic and hateful statements.

According to TMZ's sources, Kanye declined and fired Brown Rudnick. Kanye hired Camille and the firm last week to handle his business affairs.

The law firm was not involved in the divorce procedures between him and Kim Kardashian.

Regarding Kanye, the spotlight is currently on Adidas and the billion-dollar alliance the two companies have formed with his Yeezy shoe line.

Many individuals are frustrated by Adidas's failure to repudiate Kanye's statements and their prolonged connection.

As a result of Kanye West's recent antisemitic remarks, MRC said on Monday (Oct. 24) that it will not release a completed documentary about him. MRC revealed that after a consultation with the filmmakers and distribution partners, the company decided not to distribute the recently completed documentary about Kanye West because they cannot find it in them to endorse any content that bolsters his platform.

The move by MRC, the former publisher of Billboard, follows an editorial written in the Financial Times last week by Ari Emanuel, CEO of Endeavor, urging West's business partners to cease working with him. Emanuel continued by stating that West is not just any person; he is a global pop culture icon with millions of fans. Among them are young individuals whose perspectives are still being developed.

Therefore, it is imperative that we all speak up. Hatred and anti-Semitism have no place in American culture, he said. Sunday, Jeremy Zimmer, the CEO of UTA, also sent a note to colleagues asking them to "please support the Kanye West boycott."

In addition to announcing their decision to shelve the West documentary, MRC executives urged others to disassociate themselves from the celebrity or reject his views.

"The silence from leaders and corporations when it comes to Kanye or antisemitism in general is dismaying but not surprising," their statement read. "Why is a group that has historically been brave and unreserved in its fight against antisemitism so quiet on Kanye?"
