Good news for country music fans! Shania Twain is set to return with a brand new album after five long years. The country legend will also go on tour next year; when is it going to be released and in which cities is she going to perform?

Taking to her official Instagram account, the musician said she's "excited to announce" her upcoming album "Queen of Me," the follow-up to her 2017 record titled "Now."

The singer shared the official album art of her next project, featuring herself wearing a sheer black polo with a black cowboy hat while riding a majestic-looking black horse.

In the caption, the country legend revealed that she's very comfortable in her own skin recently and it would be apparent on her new album.

"Life is short and I want to be uplifted, colorful, unapologetic and empowered," she wrote.

Twain added she wanted to share the message as a woman to always remember what she's capable of and she's hoping that her fans would resonate with the meaning of her songs when they listened to them.

"Queen of Me" is currently available for pre-order. The new album can be purchased and streamed starting on February 3, 2023.

The latest album features her previously released singles "Not Just a Girl" and "Waking Up Dreaming." Both tracks were included in her Netflix documentary titled "Shania Twain: Not Just a Girl."

Shania Twain 'Queen of Me' Tour 2023

Aside from having a new album, the "Man! I Feel Like A Woman!" hitmaker is also set to embark on a tour starting next year.

In the caption of her post, Twain said she wanted to celebrate the latest milestone of her career with all of her fans in person.

Although she already did a Las Vegas residency over the past few years, the singer said she's ready to get back on the road and dance with her fans.

"This one's gonna be a big party - no inhibitions, no conditions, let's get a little out of line!!" she added.

According to Pitchfork, her tour will kick off at the Spokane Arena in Spokane, Washington on April 28, 2023, before visiting cities across North America and the United Kingdom like Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Calgary, Moncton, Montreal, New York, Dallas, London, Glasgow, Birmingham.

Her final show would be at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham, England, on September 26, 2023. Tickets will be available on November 4 at 10 a.m. local time.
