The past few weeks have been all about Taylor Swift and the release of her now record-breaking and record-setting album, "Midnights."

With almost everyone in the world streaming to the entire playlist, both the original and the 3 am edition, it is no denying that the upcoming Billboard charts release this coming weekend will all be about her and her meteoric rise.

Very recently, "Midnights" already debuted at No. 1 on the UK Albums chart with 204,000 units - scoring her ninth studio album to soar at the summit of the charts and the biggest opening week of her career in the country. Concurrently, the lead single, "Anti-Hero," also debuted at No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart. The track is now her second #1 single, following 2017's "Look What You Made Me Do."

Over to the United States, early predictions put Swift on the biggest debut of her entire career too. "Midnights" is projected to debut at more than 1,400,000 million album-equivalent units, eclipsing "reputation," which only debuted at over 1.2 million.

According to Billboard, Taylor is set for another record-setting debut in the United States. Just for its opening day, Luminate already reported more than 800,000 album units already, just for pure album sales alone!

With her impending massive debut on both the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100 charts, Swifties have been curious about how much is Taylor Swift worth.

Taylor Swift Net Worth 2022

Currently, Celebrity Net Worth puts the GRAMMY-winning icon at around $400 million. With the final stats of "Midnights" still under review as it has yet to complete its full tracking week, the figure is still expected to rise.

But nevertheless, the 8-digit figure is already huge as Swift is already nearing Beyonce, who reportedly has around $450-500 million worth.

The past few weeks' headlines weren't all about Swift; she also shares the same news cycle with a figure that many of her fans have grown to dislike - Kanye West.

Recently, Kanye West was dropped by Adidas, and a flurry of his other brands, over his antisemitic remarks. The now-sacked deal costs around over $1.5 billion. Forbes already removed West from the billionare list because from an estimated net worth of $2 billion, he is now only worth $400 million, and that is purely based on estimations - a George Floyd lawsuit worth $250 million is yet to be pursued.

This puts Kanye West almost on the same side as Taylor Swift when it comes to their net worth. Once the final numbers were crunched, surely Swift would take the lead.
