The past few weeks had been a continuous downhill battle for Kanye West.
Starting off with his now infamous and offensive "White Lives Matter" statement and his subsequent "Black Lives Matter" crackdown, West's recent behavior online and offline grabbed the attention of almost everyone on social media.
His consecutive problematic statements during interviews and on social media have brought everyone behind his back, trying to get a hold of him, calling him out of the remarks he had been saying to the press.
The tipping point for many is his antisemitic comments. In a tweet, Kanye wanted to launch "deathcon3" to the Jews in the industry, who he claims to have wronged him and other black artists throughout the years.
A Drink Champs podcast episode with Ye as a guest has been removed after the rapper made "false and hurtful" comments about the murder of George Floyd.
Lashing out with antisemitic comments got him banned on Twitter and on Instagram. Celebrities and other personalities have also voiced out their frustration and disappointment toward him.
West got a chokehold on the media in the past few weeks, reporting his every move and hilariously predicting his next one.
Not more than a few days after, Adidas bid goodbye to West in a stunning turn of events. Balenciaga, GAP, TJ Maxx, and Vogue, among many other companies and brands, also sacked their deals with the rapper. Ultimately, it was the Adidas pullout that sent Kanye West's Net Worth plummeting.
Forbes already removed him from the Billionaire list. From an ambiguous $2 Billion, Kanye West's current net worth is now at $400 million.
Now, after Elon Musk controversially finalized his deal to purchase the social media giant Twitter, West has returned to the platform.
Expected to lash out again, he turned the other way around.
Kanye West will be on a 30-day cleanse and abstinence from the social media platform, among other things, including alcohol, sex, and porn.
"My Twitters still lit," he tweeted.
West, who now goes by the name of Ye, has also been restricted from Instagram after violating community guidelines.
