Countless Whitney Houston movies have been released since the singer's untimely demise 10 years ago, it must all be a blur at this point to her ex-husband, Bobby Brown.

During an interview with E News, Brown did not say much about the upcoming biopic, "I'm probably gonna watch it," he said.

This comes after news revealed that Brown actually had no idea a biopic was coming up, and he noted that the producers did not contact him about it.

"I don't know nothing about that movie," the singer told TMZ earlier this month.

He did, however, hopes Ashton Sanders can succeed in portraying him in the upcoming biopic.

'I Wanna Dance With Somebody'

The 2022 biopic will be released in cinemas on Dec. 23, and will follow the life of Houston. IMDb describes the film as "a joyous, emotions, heartbreaking celebration of the life and music of Whitney Houston," noting that the singer is "one of the greatest female R&B pop vocalists of all time."

Houston will be portrayed by Naomi Ackie, a British actress. She has worked on several other hit movies such as "Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker," released in 2019, "Lady Macbeth" in 2016, and "The End of the F***king World" released in 2017.

On the other hand, the actor playing Brown, Sanders, is an actor who has worked on "Moonlight" released in 2016, "The Retrieval" in 2013, and "Captive State" released in 2019.

With the movie coming out in less than a month, fans have had mixed reactions to the clips and trailers released prior to the premiere.

Netizens on Twitter disliked Ackie's performance, noting that it was "dreadful."

"No passion. No sweat. No energy. Just sweatsuits, headbands and vibes. How dreadful," wrote the Twitter user.

Another even cited one of the producers as the problem, "I can't lie. I wanna support and then I don't. Pat Houston is listed as one of the producers...and anyone who has been following WH for some time most likely has mixed feelings about her. And I'm not feeling this clip."

"I just want to know why does Hollywood keep getting these British people to portray black Americans?? And this women looks absolutely nothing like Whitney Houston, as much as I love Whitney I don't think I'm going to watch<' a Houston fan wrote.

According to Decider, the "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" biopic looks pale in comparison to other biopics recently released, like "Bohemian Rhapsody," "Rocketman," "House of Gucci," and more, mostly because Ackie looks nothing like Houston.
