Paramore and The 1975 almost share the same fandom and many supporters have been wondering when would they team up with each other for a song. More recently, both of their lead vocalists, Hayley Williams and Matty Healy. noted that collaboration is highly possible.

In an interview with KROQ, the frontwoman revealed that Healy reached out to their band and she appreciates it because she was "really encouraging."

Williams further explained that The 1975 vocalist saw her talk about one of their songs as well as revealing that the singer has been watching their shows whenever they come to Manchester.

"He's come to every Manchester show that we've ever played and he just loves the band and hopes that we hang out so if you're listening let's set it up," the female vocalist said. (via NME)

The 1975's Matty Healy Responds to Hayley Williams' Interview

While having an interview with Audacy, producers played a video of the singer preaching the band, and Healy was moved by Williams' words.

The frontman thinks it's cool before revealing that they have been exchanging messages with each other and she's nothing but nice to say about their band.

"I thought that was a bit of an excuse to talk to Hayley from Paramore isn't it? And then yeah, I think they've just finished touring," he said.

Later on, Healy noted that they're going to try and hang out "at some point."

The singer also revealed why Paramore will always be a special band to The 1975, saying the group's success started skyrocketing at a young age and they witnessed them grow in the music industry.

As of this writing, neither of the two bands has confirmed if they are indeed collaborating on a song or not.

The 1975 Is Not The Only Music Act Fans Want to Collaborate With Hayley Williams

In early reports, SZA unveiled the official tracklist of her sophomore album "S.O.S." and some online users are already requesting for collaboration with other artists in her future projects.

One fan asked the singer when she'll drop a collaborative track with Hayley Williams; users didn't expect the R&B star's answer.

Even though the "Good Days" songstress responded, she didn't give a clear answer about the song but rather gave fans a glimpse of their friendship.

"I talk to her more than you'd think lol," SZA wrote.
