Bad Bunny is one of the biggest recording artists to date. Topping different year-end charts with his record-setting, "Un Verano Sin Ti," the Latino superstar took the world by storm with his phenomenal Latino tracks.

Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, commonly known as Bad Bunny, appealed not only to the Latin audience like he initially did, but he is also building a huge fanbase outside Spanish-speaking countries, for example, in the United States alone.

Bad Bunny has clinched one of the biggest album debuts of the year, and he is continuing to hold dominance on the Top 5 positions of the Billboard 200 albums chart, months since the release of "Un Verano Sin Ti."

According to Billboard, "Un Verano Sin Ti" ranked No. 1 on three of its biggest year-end charts, the US Billboard 200, US Independent Albums, and US Top Latin Albums. The album is currently the biggest album of 2022 based on cumulative album units since it debuted on May 6, 2022.

Bad Bunny is also one of the biggest forces in the streaming age. He is crowned Apple Music's Artist of the Year in 2022 and holds three consecutive years of being the Most Streamed Artist on Spotify since 2020.

"I'm grateful for everything I've accomplished and everything I've experienced. The Latin music movement has grown so much. I would never take full credit or say, 'It's because of me.' No, it's every one of us. A whole generation. Our energy and presence are always felt," Bad Bunny said about being crowned Apple Music's Artist of the Year.

However, in a recent interview with Billboard, Bad Bunny revealed what he would be doing in 2023, following a very successful year.

"I'm taking a break. 2023 is for me, for my physical health, my emotional health to breathe, and enjoy my achievements. We're going to celebrate. Let's go here, let's go there, let's go on the boat," he said in a statement.

"I have a couple of sporadic commitments, and I'll go to the studio, but there's no pressure. Remember yourself, cabrón. You've worked your ass off."

Aside from finishing his "World's Hottest Tour," Bad Bunny is poised to dominate the 2023 Grammy Awards, with "Un Verano Sin Ti," which has achieved a monumental record after being the first full-Spanish album to be nominated on the said category.
