Nick Cannon has recently welcomed his 12th child, his 5th baby in 2022, a few days ago and the news raised a few questions about the rapper/host's personal life. More recently, Andy Cohen asked the musician if he was willing to get a vasectomy and he immediately got an answer from him.

During CNN's "New Year's Eve Live" special segment over the weekend, the famed "Watch What Happens Live" hot questioned the "Masked Singer" presenter about his growing family and if he's willing to get a vasectomy anytime soon.

In his classic humorous tone, the TV personality joked that Cannon is "singlehandedly repopulating the Earth." He then asked about his future plans and how he would be taking care of his children in the future.

"You just want to keep going, or is there a number? Do you want to hit 20? Where are we going with this?" he added. (via Billboard)

Cannon, who was being interviewed via satellite in the Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas, laughed off Cohen's remarks, saying he doesn't have a plan as he's happy with the joy and "elation" he's been getting from his family.

"I embrace it, and I love it, but I don't have a plan. That should've been clear from the jump," he said.

The "Real Housewives" franchise executive producer then suggested that he consider getting a vasectomy, to which the rapper responded with "This is my body, my choice!"

Concluding his interview with Cohen and Anderson Cooper, Cannon then shared a few words of advice to new fathers in 2023, saying they should "operate out of love" because many people may say that it was the reason why he got there and he would always do it with a smile.

Nick Cannon Welcomes 12th Baby

The recent New Year's interview comes after Nick Cannon announced that he is an official father of 12th children after welcoming his second baby with Alyssa Scott named Halo. In total, the TV host has seven sons and five daughters.

"I will remember the sound of Nicks voice saying 'it's a girl' and the look of everything we've been through flash across his face," Scott wrote on Instagram, saying the baby was born on December 14 and their lives "are forever changed.
