Two of the most legendary musicians in the industry are collaborating with each other and fans could possibly hear them very soon.

Dionne Warwick recently spoke to Tamron Hall on her talk show to reveal that she will be dropping a collaborative track with the one and only Dolly Parton.

Speaking about the details of their project, the "That's What Friends Are For" hitmaker said the country star sent her a song that she wanted her to record. The singer didn't hesitate and decided to do it immediately.

"She's such a sweetheart, I know her. And then she sent me another song, the one that we're going to be doing as a duet," Warwick said of her good pal.

Later in her conversation with the TV host, Warwick revealed that the track would be a gospel song titled "Peace Like a River" that was written by the "Jolene" singer.

It appears that the musician couldn't wait for her fans and the rest of the world to hear their duet as she's "very excited about this." (via Billboard)

Although she already had many collaborations in the past, Warwick is looking forward to releasing this one because it's going to be "very special."

According to CNN Entertainment, her curiosity over the app began when she was hanging out with her younger family members and they were giggling because of a post that they saw online.

Her niece showed her what she was looking at and the singer was not "too pleased."
