Coming from a family of highly talented, insanely successful, and rich artists, Blue Ivy Carter is making a name for herself in the industry at the tender age of 11 years old.

Daughter of the powerhouse couple Beyonce and Jay-Z, niece of Solange Knowles, the young star's future is set.

She actually just turned 11, but her awards, achievements, and accolades are a growing list-which includes a Grammy, by the way.

At the 2021 Grammy Awards, she was named the second-youngest recipient of a Grammy Award when Beyonce won best video for "Brown Skin Girl," which she was a part of.

In fact, "Brown Skin Girl" alone earned Blue Ivy numerous awards and nominations from various award shows and awarding bodies like the BET Awards, NAACP Image Awards, Soul Train Music Awards, and the Cannes Lions Awards.

According to People, Blue Ivy has been slowly inducted into the limelight by her parents for quite some time now, and while she actually hasn't released any of her own music, she has seen several big award show stages and red carpet appearances.

During Beyonce's 2022 Oscars Academy Awards performance, Blue Ivy was seen onstage alongside her mother.

You'd have to squint to see her properly since she was wearing the same neon green fits as the other backup dancers, but if you look closely, she's the one sporting sunglasses on.

She was also seen in several music videos and campaigns that her parents are involved in, like the Tiffany & Co. "About Love" campaign, which earned her an MTV Video Music Award.

While it seems like she is yet to make an official debut in the music industry, Blue Ivy has shown much interest in makeup.

Her grandmother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, is the young star's muse. The businesswoman and matriarch shared a picture of Blue Ivy's creation via Instagram and captioned it: "My Blue is a great make up artist! She made me into Grandma Skeleton!"

Birthday Reveal

While Blue Ivy is constantly under the spotlight, not much is actually known about her, save for her projects, awards, and accolades.

It was a pleasant surprise when her Knowles-Lawson grandmother decided to let the world in on what a spectacular little girl her granddaughter really is.

For Blue Ivy's birthday, her grandmother took time to pay tribute and share how special she is.

"The day that you were born was one of the best days of my life," Knowles-Lawson began. "I was really praying and pushing your mom to have you on January 4 which is my birthday."

"[...] Knowing you and your personality now, I realize that you needed your own day because you were such a queen and you are so very special! You can sing dance, play basketball, play volleyball, paint, draw, sculpt, sew, write poetry, write songs, create, act, play the piano! I could go on and on. Because there's really nothing that you can't do.

"You are funny and beautiful and graceful, kind, and so smart. I could not ask for a better granddaughter, Ms. Blue Ivy Carter! I could not be more blessed, grateful, and completely in love with another human. You truly bring me joy!"

Blue Ivy is the firstborn of Beyonce and Jay-Z. She was born in 2012, and then she was followed by her twin siblings Rumi and Sir.
