Where in the world is Kanye West?

The "Donda" rapper made his first appearance in public in recent weeks on January 9, 2023, while accompanying a new mystery woman.

On Sunday afternoon when they were driving around Beverly Hills, Kim Kardashian's ex-husband appeared to be in high spirits. The rapper's companion is still a mystery, but according to TMZ, they entered the Waldorf Astoria hotel holding hands.

He has been absent for a few weeks, and when his former business manager Thomas St. John said he couldn't find the Grammy-winning rapper, speculations about his disappearance began to circulate.

After making a number of strange and anti-Semitic remarks, Kanye West, who officially changed his name to Ye, has been almost absent from the public eye. As a result, he has lost significant commercial deals and, of course, his billionaire status.

However, there is a $4.5 million lawsuit awaiting the "College Dropout" actor business Thomas, who has allegedly gone back to court and pleaded for three more months to attempt and serve him.

According to court records that Radar Online received, Thomas appeared in court to request another extension of his service.

The "N*ggas In Paris" rapper was sued by Thomas, who claimed that he had broken their agreement. He added that Ye recruited him in March 2022 and promised to pay him $300,000 per month for his services, but the business manager was only paid for three of the 18 months of his contract.

Thomas also said that Kanye's refusal to settle the outstanding debt was what eventually prompted him to bring his case. Sadly, he has had trouble locating the discredited artist. Even if he paid a process server to visit Kanye's offices, none of the locations are correct.

Kanye's business was also sued for being evicted from a Los Angeles office building. The process server "was unable to perform service on the agent for service of process for Yeezy, who seemed to no longer be at the office address listed on the 2022 California state filing," according to court records obtained by the site.

Thomas said that he is unable to determine the rapper's present residence.

"For Mr. West, despite our extensive efforts, we were unable to identify his current residence address and, as a result, have not yet attempted to serve him personally," the paper stated. "Instead, we have made many postal delivery attempts to him at several potential addresses.

"Additional time and resources are needed to ascertain Mr. West's whereabouts for personal service, and additional time and resources are needed to attempt other forms of service," the doc reads. "This is due to Mr. West's celebrity status and his interests in protecting his privacy and information about where he resides."

As of this writing, the court has not acceded to Thomas' motion.
