The 2023 Golden Globes was a blast!
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association had its 80th edition of the ceremony, taking place at the Beverly Hilton. Comedian Jerrod Carmichael hosted the show, with his monologues digging into the HFPA for its alleged unethical conduct and suspicious financial practices after a Los Angeles Times expose.
After the shocking boycott from the entertainment industry, the show has now returned to NBC after declining its broadcast last year.
Ryan Murphy took home the Carol Burnett Lifetime Achievement Award while Eddie Murphy was given the 2023 Cecil B. DeMille Award. (via The Hollywood Reporter)
