Could Travis Barker be the unluckiest person in the world? Or is he just unhealthy?

Over the weekend, the Blink 182 drummer turned to social media to announce that he had broken his ring finger for the second time in less than two weeks.

On Instagram Stories per the Mirror, he posted a close-up of his left hand, revealing a tattoo appendage with a visible bulge on the knuckle.

Travis donned black pants with white skulls and scrawled "Again" over the photo.

Nevertheless, Kourtney Kardashian's husband posted a similar photo earlier this month and informed his fans that he had injured the same finger.

Travis revealed in pictures of his injured ring finger in a new Instagram Story on February 8, showing off his finger that appeared bloated in the black and white snap.

He also posted a video of himself getting an injection from a doctor and discussing his injuries.

However, according to medical experts, breaking the same bone multiple times is often a sign of an underlying issue preventing the bone from healing properly. This may be due to several factors, including:

Osteoporosis: It is a condition in which the bones become weak and brittle, making them more susceptible to fractures.

Inadequate healing: If a bone doesn't heal properly after an initial fracture, it can be more vulnerable to subsequent fractures.

Repeated trauma: If the same bone is subjected to repeated trauma, such as in athletes or those with physically demanding jobs, it may be more likely to break.

Poor nutrition: A diet that lacks the necessary nutrients, such as calcium and vitamin D, can weaken bones and make them more prone to fractures.

Genetic factors: Some people may have a genetic predisposition to weaker bones or a tendency to develop certain conditions that increase the risk of fractures.

It is worth noting, however, that only one factor applies to Travis. His digit was broken two weeks ago, and it still hasn't healed, which could have resulted in it being hurt again.
