Wynonna Judd released a new song earlier this year and many fans are wondering when she'll drop a new album. The release of her new project might come sooner than what supporters are expecting and it could possibly feature some of the biggest stars in the country industry; who could be her collaborators?

According to Quick Country, the musician might feature the special guests of her current "The Judds: The Final Tour" on her next album , and she recently spoke about it in an interview.

Speaking to Billboard about the possibility of Brandi Carlile's vocals to be featured on her project, the musician confirmed they are working on a song. However, both of them are still unsure if it'll be a part of her record yet or it would be a separate release.

Regarding Trisha Yearwood's contribution, Judd said, "Right now, Trisha and I have talked about wanting to do something. There is a lot of talk and vibe about right now."

As of this writing, the country songstress has yet to reveal more information about her upcoming record but noted that she's writing songs with her husband, Cactus Moser.

"It has been me and Cactus writing. We are inseparable and are writing songs and will get with Sam [Beam] of Iron & Wine," she said.

Wynonna Judd Touring in Memory of Naomi Judd

Wynonna Judd is currently traveling across North America for "The Judds: The Final Tour" along with star-studded guests like Martina McBride, Ashley McBryde, Tanya Tucker, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town, and Brandi Carlile.

The singer is the daughter and musical partner of the late Naomi Judd. The singer was supposed to be on tour with her, but she passed away last year before the series of concerts began.

Even though Wynonna's plans changed drastically after the death of her mother, the musician said the tour has been a moving experience for her and their supporters.

"There was a moment where I literally took a step back physically because of the love and support coming at me. They were singing louder than my vocal and were taking over, and I was shocked by it," she said of the concertgoers.

Her next show would be at the Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia, on February 23, 2023. For fans who wanted to attend one of Wynonna Judd's shows, tickets are available on her official website.
