The feud between Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, and Hailey Bieber have been going on for over a decade now, and it seems like they have finally reached a breaking point.

According to reports, the "Lose You to Love Me" singer posted on her Instagram Stories, asking fans and trolls to lay off the model.

"Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity," Gomez wrote.

"This isn't what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I've always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop."

This is not the first time Gomez had to come to Bieber's defense. The 30-year-old singer-slash-actress has spoken in favor of the model several times before and told her fans that bullying isn't the answer.

Likewise, Bieber has expressed her frustrations on the on-going bullying that she has been receiving since being linked to the "Baby" singer several years back.

During her "Call Her Daddy" podcast appearance, she said, "It's not fair because no one should ever be spoken to in the manner that I've seen."

Selena to the Rescue

It seemed like all was well between the trio, especially after Gomez was photographed alongside Bieber with huge smiles on their faces, alluding that they have sorted out their differences, and meant no ill will towards each other.

After Gomez's recent post defending Bieber, the model too to her Instagram and followed the singer, which was reciprocated by Gomez.

"I want to thank Selena for speaking out, as her and I have been discussing the last few weeks how to move past this ongoing narrative between her and I," Bieber then wrote.

"The last few weeks have been very hard for everyone involved and millions of people are seeing so much hate around this, which is extremely harmful. While social media is an incredible way to connect and build community, moments like this only create extreme division instead of bringing people together."

"[...] In the end, I believe love will always be bigger than hate and negativity, and there is always an opportunity to meet each other with more empathy and compassion."

Where is Justin?

While all seems well enough between the two women, fans pointed out that during the entire time the model's name was getting dragged through the mud, her singer husband was nowhere to be found.

"Justin Bieber should defend his wife. Why Selena Gomez? So sad for Hailey Baldwin," a Twitter user wrote.
