U.S. Attorney for Minnesota Andrew Luger has announced that Desiigner, the American rapper, is facing charges of indecent exposure stemming from an incident on board a Tokyo-bound flight to Minneapolis.

The artist himself admitted to having exposed himself during the journey.

In a highly inappropriate incident, Desiigner, whose real name is Sidney Roley Selby III, was accused of exposing himself "multiple" times while seated in a Delta One cabin and even allegedly engaged in masturbation during several occurrences, per Fox 9.

As he sat on a flight, once exposed, the "Panda" rapper attempted to cover up his actions but was noticed by two flight attendants who asked him to end it.

In response, they informed him they would take him into custody due to his conduct.

On the third occasion, Desiigner was spotted without his pants on and was quickly taken to the back of the plane. While he was rearranging seats, he is alleged to have dropped a jar of Vaseline into the aisle, according to reports by TMZ.

As a result of his behavior, he received an FAA violation card and was then escorted to another part of an airplane with two other passengers for monitoring. Upon reaching his destination, FBI officers detained and questioned him about his conduct.

The rapper even apologized to his bodyguard for his inappropriate behavior and admitted he had acted out of line.

During his conversation with FBI personnel, Desiigner admitted that his trip to Japan provided him with few opportunities for female companionship.

He further expressed strong feelings towards one of the flight attendants, leading him to display himself compromisingly. According to the complaint, he believed that revealing his "magic stick" would serve as an "encouragement" for her to invest more interest in him.

Following the recent incident, the Brooklyn native will face misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure on an aircraft.

This crime could earn him up to 90 days in jail and a $500 fine upon conviction. Though no court date has been set yet, it is expected to occur shortly.

In light of this situation, Desiigner made public his decision to check himself into mental health facility for treatment.

"While overseas for a concert i performed at, i had to be admitted in to a hospital, i was not thinking clearly."

He further said he will be canceling all his shows until "further notice."

"Mental health is real guys, please pray for me."
