After teasing fans about new music over the past few weeks, it has been confirmed that Dogstar will make their public onstage comeback at one of the biggest festivals this year! Find out below where are they performing.
According to NME, Keanu Reeves' band is scheduled to appear at BottleRock Napa Valley 2023 on Saturday, May 27. The group is slated for the second day of the three-day event which takes place in California from May 26 to 28.
In addition to the returning group, other star-studded musicians will also perform like Lizzo, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Post Malone, and many more.
The band has already reunited back in December as they previously revealed on social media that they were "back on stage." However, it was for a private concert dedicated for the people who made their upcoming album possible.
Their appearance at BottleRock Napa Valley will be their first public performance in more than 20 years.
The group has yet to reveal their official setlist for the event, but organizers revealed in their announcement tweet that Dogstar will be performing "brand new songs."

Dogstar Comeback 2023
The recent announcement comes after the group took to their official Instagram account to share that they will be coming back this year after two decades of not releasing any material.
In new black-and-white photo of the band, members Keanu Reeves, Rob Mailhouse, and Bret Domrose, noted that they are "overjoyed" with the fan reception as they didn't expect it.
"We will be rolling out some new music this summer, followed by some gigs. As soon as it's all figured out we will let everyone know immediately," they wrote.
Dogstar also announced that a music video will be coming out soon in support of their comeback single.
Teasing fans about the sound of their new music, the band noted that it's the "most satisfying and meaningful batch of songs" they have ever recorded.
As of this writing, the band has yet to reveal the official release date of their new music.
Why Did Dogstar Break Up?
Guitar.com reported that Dogstar disbanded after playing together for more than ten years.
One of the main resons why they weren't able to sustain their music careers was because of Keanu Reeves' conflicting schedule as he is also an in-demand actor within the Hollywood industry.
Throughout their decade-run, the band was able to release two albums titled "Our Little Visionary" and "Happy Ending."
