Jimmie Allen's wife, Alexis Gale, has revealed the sex of their third child, celebrating Mother's Day with much more meaning.

The news, however, came days after a woman from Allen's management team came forward and accused the country music star of sexual assault.

Jimmie Allen Third Child Announced

Unbeknownst to many, the couple separated earlier this year after announcing that they were expecting their third child. However, like most families in Hollywood, they assured that they'll co-parent their children.

"After much thought and reflection in recent months, Lex & I have made the decision to separate. Our number one priority is and always will be ensuring that our children are healthy, happy and loved, and we remain committed to co-parenting with love and respect for one another. In light of our growing family, we respectfully request privacy during this time," the couple posted on Apr. 22, 2023.

The comments on the post on Instagram were closed and limited but it has amassed more than 4,000 likes as of this writing.

Meanwhile, the couple was riddled with another controversy now, specifically Allen as he was accused of a damning sexual assault lawsuit by a woman from his management team.

Jimmie Allen Sexual Assault Lawsuit

In a Billboard report, country music star Jimmie Allen was named in the said lawsuit. The woman, who was part of his management team, claimed that Allen, despite her expression of uncomfortability had pursued her sexually.

"However, Allen made clear that plaintiff's job was dependent on her staying silent about his conduct," the plaintiff said.

But Allen did not deny the sexual relationship with the woman in a statement. He, however, said that an assault never happened.

He described the allegations as "deeply troubling," "hurtful," and has "no truth."

"I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship - one that lasted for nearly two years. During that time she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely," Allen confessed.
