Riley Keough wants to move forward with her family without any drama after reaching a settlement with her grandmother, Priscilla Presley.

On Tuesday, Riley and Priscilla's legal representatives reached a settlement at a Los Angeles courthouse months after Lisa Marie Presley's mother filed a motion over her trust. Both parties assured the public that the families are happy after agreeing to the settlement.

Riley will still need to submit a settlement request for both the Promenade Trust and a life insurance trust under seal before the next hearing and motion approval on Aug. 4.

Riley Keough Leaves Drama Behind

After the Tuesday development, a source told PEOPLE that Lisa Marie's daughter wants to move on after ending the dispute over the late singer's estate.

"She doesn't want any drama with her grandmother," the insider said. "She was hoping they could reach a settlement quickly."

The source added that the "Daisy Jones & The Six" star is still grieving Lisa Marie, so she wants to focus on spending time with her daughter than dealing with other things. Her husband, Ben Smith-Petersen, first revealed the arrival of their daughter during the public memorial for Lisa Marie in January.

Meanwhile, their legal counsel both told the reporters that the settlement made the families happy. Priscilla's lawyer, Ronson Shamoun said that the family is unified and together after the recent event.

Meanwhile, Riley's representative Justin Gold said his client would not agree to the settlement if she was not happy with it.

The settlement came months after Priscilla submitted a petition to a court as she questioned the validity and authenticity of the 2016 amendment on Lisa Marie's trust. The change included her removal as co-trustee, with Riley replacing her.

The late singer's former business manager, Barry Siegel, was also removed as a co-trustee. Per Priscilla, she did not know about it, not until Lisa Marie's death.

Lisa Marie's trust includes the Graceland mansion and a 15 percent share in Elvis Presley Enterprises.

Priscilla Presley Wants To Be Buried in Graceland

During the Tuesday court appearance, the 77-year-old reportedly expressed her desire to be buried with Elvis and Lisa Marie once she dies. The father and daughter are buried at the Graceland estate, which also holds the remains of the King of Rock and Roll's parents and Lisa Marie's son, Benjamin Keough.

However, a news outlet revealed that the request was denied as they reached a settlement.
