Adele has shared her struggles with an uncomfortable skin condition and even teased at the possibility of another physical transformation to come.
Despite revealing to her fans that she suffered from a "jock itch," Adele has not allowed it to impact her performance, according to The Sun.
But now, we can see a different side of this star as she has revealed that she is getting into another physical activity.
The "Hello" singer revealed to her audience in Caesar's Palace for her "Weekends With Adele" residency, "Do you know what my doctor gave me? It is a bit crude, I never knew it existed."
The "Rolling In The Deep" hitmaker said she was discussing the matter with her team before the show started.
Adele revealed that when doing performances, Spanx is a must for keeping everything in place and ensuring it all fits nicely.
She then admitted she sweated quite a bit, which didn't dissipate, so she ended up sitting in my sweat.
"Sounds like I am a big (Denver) Nuggets fan there doesn't it? Jock Itch that is what it is called right?" the singer-songwriter quipped.
"So it looks like I am an athlete so I have to squirt it on myself. I don't know why the f--k I just told you that."
After her embarrassing revelation, Adele revealed that she had returned to strength training.
"Talking of body acne I have started weight lifting again, like no-one's business. I am absolutely loving it."

This weekend, however, the singer was at the forefront of a heated disagreement between comedian Alan Carr and his former spouse Paul Drayton.
After thirteen years of being a couple, Alan and Paul announced their split in January 2022.
It had been a difficult twelve months for them both with Paul's struggles against alcohol addiction.
Despite these hardships, they confirmed this was a joint and amicable decision.
A year on, the divorce of Alan and Paul has caused a heated dispute over who is friends with Adele.
After Alan made light of dividing their assets, including celebrity friendships, Paul retorted that he is closer to the singer than his ex-spouse.
