Rolling Loud Festival in Miami might be successful as all of the artists included in the lineup were able to perform on their respective sets, but there was one incident which left a concertgoer dead; today, authorities are investigating the matter.

According to USA Today, a fan named Jordan Petrocchi was reportedly hospitalized at the Jackson Memorial Hospital over the weekend after he attended the big event at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. He later died at the medical facility.

As of this writing, his cause of death remains unknown but organizers of the event clarified that there were no signs of fight, drugs, or even heat-related issues with his body.

Authorities are also still waiting for the official results of the toxicology reports.

Per Fox Carolina, Petrocchi's death is currently being investigated by the Miami-Dade Police Department, but there are still no updates regarding the case.

A fundraiser was created by his friends an family through GoFundMe. In the description, they noted that Petrocchi was only 23 years old and was set to graduate next month.

Jordan was a bright and ambitious student at Clemson University... He had a promising future ahead of him and brought joy to everyone he met. His outgoing nature and infectious smile never failed to lift the spirits of those around him," they wrote in the description.

The reason why his friends decided to set up a fundraising page was because they wanted to help his family on funeral expenses.

As of this writing, they already raised $7,416 out of their $10,000 goal.

Rolling Loud Miami featured some of the biggest musicians in the music industry.

Per the outlet, some of the performers included in the lineup include A$AP Rocky, Travis Scott, Playboy Carti, and many more. 

The ever-viral and trending female rapper, Ice Spice, was also present at the big music event. Other artists include 21 Savage, City Girls, Trippie Redd, Skilla Baby, Robb Banks, and a whole lot more.

Organizers of the festival never forgot to warn fans about the heat as they told festivalgoers to always stay hydrated. The weather around the area reached a whopping 97 degrees.
