Perry Farrell's bands, including Jane's Addiction and Porno for Pyros, lurk in a special place in his co-manager's heart.

Farrell's co-manager, Michael James, recently spoke highly of the singer and his groups after working with the music icon for years. According to him, working with someone like Farrell is "the best job in the world."

Music Business World's Greatest Managers series recently selected James as its most recent featured artist manager. Speaking during an interview with the website for his profile, the manager opened up about working with the singer and how Farrell's world "never stops."

MBW asked him about working with the icon and how he brings something to him that he never experienced before yet. Per James, he dedicated most of his time to listening to what Farrell needs and what he wants to say.

"We've built that trust so that he feels comfortable sharing his ideas, challenges and fears with us," he said. "We can help him get from A to B, but it's never going to be a straight line. So having as many options available as possible helps keep us on track."

James also noted how an outsider's perspective helps him have an advantage as it offers fresh ideas they can use in the bands.

The news outlet also queried him about whether he has been having a lot of work while serving two active bands with different live events, referring to Porno for Pyros and Jane's Addiction.

Instead of feeling tired about the schedule, James revealed that he is indeed having a lot of work but clarified that it is "fruitful."

After Farrell previously confirmed the two band's new music, the manager also shared a similar sentiment and confirmed the arrival of Porno for Pyros and Jane's Addiction's new material this year. He hyped fans by hinting at the "incredible" sounding materials, disclosing it is the best Farrell has sounded for a long time.

The frontman first confirmed the news during his interview with Matt Pinfield of 95.5 KLOS's "New & Approved," dropping about the band's new music - especially Porno for Pyros' first music material since its reunion at the Welcome to Rockville Festival and Jane's Addiction's next music after the arrival of "True Love" in March.
