In the past few months, Rapper Common and Jennifer Hudson have been reported to have been dating.
According to The Daily Mail sources, Common and Jennifer Hudson flew to London, United Kingdom just to watch "A Strange Loop," the musical that won Hudson her final Tony Award. Hudson was a producer of the musical that had already closed on Broadway and had flown to the West End for a limited run.
Apparently, the duo arrived separately to avoid "commotion," the duo went backstage to take photos which many thought to believe that they were "very much in each other's company."
"Jennifer and Common have been trying to keep their relationship low-profile, the source adds. "There has been speculation for months regarding whether or not they are together, but the fact they've traveled all the way to London together just shows they're very much an item."
Jennifer Hudson Gave Rare Praises To Common
Speaking to TMZ about the rumors of their relationship Jennifer Hudson has been "coy" about it.
"Rumors say a lot of things," she told the outlet, shrugging the speculation, before letting out a rare compliment, "But he's a beautiful man, I will give you that,."
Although very secretive about their alleged relationship, Hudson thanked TMZ after it said that they would make "the cutest couple." The two were spotted in Nobu in Malibu in February 2023 and were seen strolling together in Chicago on May 2023.
Who is Jennifer Hudson's Boyfriend?
As of this writing, Jennifer Hudson has no boyfriend, aside from the rumored relationship with Common.
In the past, Hudson has dated a few men. She had his childhood friend, James Payton from 1999 to 2007. She then dated WWE wrestler Ottunga, they had a son together and were supposed to tie the knot but it didn't happen.
