Jamie Foxx's recent Instagram post has caused unrest in Hollywood and instilled fear in those closest to him.

The 55-year-old actor, who recently returned from hospitalization, posted an inflammatory statement that sparked deep controversy: "They killed this dude name Jesus ... what do you think they'll do to you???!"

His words sparked a considerable storm of protest as they appeared to give public approval to the long-held antisemitic idea among some Christians that Jews were responsible for Jesus' death. His crucifixion was ordered by the Romans, yet his statement still caused immense outrage.

Many of Jamie's friends quickly came to his side, emphasizing that the post was not like him and speculating that he is still dealing with lingering health issues resulting from a medical emergency.

The National Enquirer heard from a friend concerned about the changes in him.

"He nearly died and hasn't been the same since," they said. "This latest incident is arguably his darkest moment yet.

The outlet also spoke to some healthcare professionals who believe that the cause of Jamie Foxx's recent internet outburst may be linked to the mysterious ailment, which is widely believed to have been a severe stroke, that resulted in his hospital stay for many weeks back in April.

According to famed doctor Gabe Mirkin, seemingly out-of-character behavior may result from a stroke.

Although he has not treated the star specifically, the expert noted that "a stroke can leave lasting and damaging effects," which might lead someone to act in dangerous or reckless ways. He described it as "unexpected behavior that can be completely out of character."

Agreeing with the previous concerned doctor was New York's Dr. Stuart Fischer, who has not treated Jamie either. He noted that when it comes to impulse control, "bizarre and troubling statements like this" might be produced - a reference to the A-lister's post.

An insider familiar with the Oscar winner revealed to the outlet that there is no question that the statement is linked to Foxx's near-brush with death.

"It was something completely out of character from his regular behavior and would never have seen the light of day," said the source.

Jamie Foxx was admitted to a Chicago rehabilitation center after suffering a medical emergency in Atlanta.

Although his family kept mum about the details of his health issues, inside sources shed some light on this serious condition which saw him struggle to walk properly.

This particular rehab clinic is known for its expertise in dealing with patients with stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injuries.

At the clinic Jamie was visiting, a source revealed: "Their focus is on helping people learn how to walk again." The actor wasn't there simply for rest, as he had been impaired somehow.
