According to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder's paperwork, she was assigned to dispose of Kanye's real estate property in Hidden Hills that had formerly belonged to his ex-wife, which was sold off last June.
At the start of 2021, media mogul and artist Kanye West made a hefty real estate purchase.
He bought the single-story house directly across from Kim and their children for over $ 4.5 million and set up LLC, Spruce Blue Trust to close the deal.
However, documents reveal that Bianca transferred the deed of the home to SE Investments Venture HH LLC based in Calabasas instead of tearing it down and building anew as initially planned.
