Yesterday, watchful Twitter fans put together certain puzzle pieces leading to the conclusion that "The Way" singer Ariana Grande and her boyfriend, Janoskians member Jai Brooks, ended their relationship. After rumors hit the Internet yesterday, it seems as though the "Sam & Cat" actress and her boyfriend have confirmed the news for themselves.

After the viral hashtag #ArianaWeAreHereForYou was a top trending topic on Twitter, Grande took to her own social media account to address her fans and thank them for their outpour of support. "i love love love love love you guys thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness and always being here for me you know I love you the most," she wrote on her Twitter account.

Meanwhile on his Twitter account, @JaiBrooks1, Grande's former boyfriend also thanked fans for their support. "Thanks everyone for the nice comments and I know you're all here for me, it's hard but life goes on I guess," he wrote.

Though fans initially were mean toward Brooks following the break up rumors, they began to offer him their love and support after a whole with the hashtag #JaiWeAreHereForYou after Grande's mother Joan urged fans to be kind on her Twitter account.

Joan Grande has continued to help support her daughter on Twitter and keep away prying fans. "Ariana is not answering any personal questions. This is a tough thing and she doesn't want to discuss it. Thank you for being here for her," she wrote. "this is something we have all gone through ..Right? So if you can just be there for love & support that would be wonderful! No drama please."

As MStars News reported yesterday, early evidence of a break up consisted of a lot of rumors, hearsay and small incidents: Grande didn't visit with fans after a concert, refused to discuss her relationship or boys with reporters or fans and said "Boys come and go but my fans are always here to stay" at her New York City concert.

Grande and Brooks had dated once before but most recently started seeing each other again in March, according to J-14.
