Rumors have been circulating about an enigmatic visual album produced by Beyonce for "Renaissance."

Despite being shown to several streaming services and studios, no one has reportedly taken the offer.

Sources point to British filmmaker Nadia Lee Cohen as the director of said project. Her previous works include collaborations with A$AP Rocky, Tyler the Creator, Katy Perry, and Kali Uchis.

Details of Beyonce's latest project were revealed to lovebscott.com.

Insiders claimed the visual album was "weirder" than "Lemonade" and "Black Is King," but the project is finished yet remains in limbo.

This comes as no surprise, given her collaborations with some of the greatest fashion brands in the world, such as Adidas, Balenciaga, Gucci, and Valentino.

Several sources have reported that the 41-year-old Grammy award-winning singer, started to offer her visual album to chosen studios and streamers approximately four to six months ago. Unfortunately, the proposal was not accepted at this time.

The insider couldn't answer why nobody had taken on the secret project.

"Perhaps it has to do with the cost and the fact that there isn't high replay value for a casual observer," they hypothesized to lovebscott.com as an explanation of why "Renaissance's" visual album hasn't been scooped up yet.

Since last year, when Beyonce released a preview of something she filmed, the beehive has been eagerly anticipating what would come.

Nevertheless, nothing happened as of yet - or so we thought. Maybe Beyonce wasn't happy with the outcome and chose not to release it? It is anyone's guess.

Kicking off in Stockholm, Sweden, in May, Beyonce is now embarking on her "Renaissance" World Tour. This Saturday, she will perform at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and move on to Canadian shows before returning to America.

Beyonce's Visual Albums

In April 2016, Beyonce unveiled her first visual album "Lemonade" on her husband Jay-Z's streaming service Tidal. The artistic feat was subsequently honored with four Emmy nominations and later released on HBO.

In July 2020, the "Love on Top" singer released her second visual album, "Black Is King." Not only did she write and executive produce the project, but she also directed it. The film's creative costumes earned it an Emmy Award.

Although "Renaissance's" reported visual album has yet to sell, fans can still revel in it.

Currently, Hollywood is facing several strikes, and as a result, studios and streaming services have been searching for content that they would have otherwise turned away.
