After Travis Barker and his band called off their tour due to a "urgent family matter," the couple-who is pregnant-was spotted exiting a hospital on Saturday.
The reality star, 44, and the Blink-182 drummer, 47, were seen leaving the medical facility in the Los Angeles region and getting into a black SUV with security guards outside, according to pictures that Page Six was able to obtain.
Kardashian, who is obviously still pregnant as reported by TMZ, appeared serious in the pictures as she hurried to get into the back of the car. Some fans have speculated that the emergency has to do with the baby, but this is a good sign that it is probably not.
She had on a gray top, gray slacks, and matching New Balance sneakers. Additionally, the creator of Poosh wore a messy bun and a pair of black sunglasses. Her hair was jet black. Barker, on the other hand, wore damaged black trousers, black sneakers, a black beanie, and a white T-shirt over a black long sleeve shirt.
The encounter occurs one day after Blink-182 abruptly canceled their European tour on Twitter, citing Barker's family emergency as the reason.

The rock group tweeted on Friday, "Travis has had to return home to the States due to an urgent family matter."
"There will be a delay in the Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin performances. As further information becomes available, it will be shared, including the dates of his return to Europe.
The artist had uploaded images of a "Together we pray" banner and a prayer space in Glasgow Airport hours before the news broke. Shanna Moakler, Barker's ex-wife, said she was "praying" for the rock star and his new wife after hearing the news.
"I don't know what's going on, I just know that our kids are safe and sound-obviously that's important to me," the model said to photographers on Friday.
Barker and the model have two teenagers, Alabama, 17, and Landon, 19. "Obviously, it's a huge problem whenever they have to cancel an event. I'm just hoping that everyone in his immediate family-including Kourtney, the infant, and everyone else-is safe and doing well.
Last May, Barker and Kardashian exchanged vows.
