Kanye West's legal troubles are not over.

Following his infamous boat ride with Bianca Censori in Italy, West - who legally changed his name to Ye - is dealing with another issue after his ex-employee filed a bombshell lawsuit against him.

Kanye West Sued for $1M

In the court documents obtained by RadarOnline, a man named Tony Saxon accused West of putting him in dangerous working conditions at his Malibu mansion and eventually firing him. He added that the "Jesus Is King" rapper committed retaliation, acts of discrimination and violations of the labor code.

According to the legal filing, West hired Saxon in September 2021 to provide full-time security while serving as a live-in caretaker of his $55 million property.

However, his responsibilities reportedly took a toll on his health as it included ensuring 24/7 security while cleaning the construction and demolition work and coordinating with workers and contractors.

Saxon also had a 16-hour day labor, per the document, and he eventually complained about the working conditions, but "no action was taken."

The ex-employee alleged that West promised to give him $20,000 per week, but he suffered anxiety and stress in return.

"Throughout the entirety of Plaintiff's employment, Defendant exhibited a consistent pattern of being unresponsive and difficult to communicate with," the lawsuit read. "Defendant's preference for shorter text messages, bullet points, or PDFs made it challenging for Plaintiff to effectively address and elaborate on numerous key specifics related to the project."

Only two months after he was hired, he suffered a back injury and needed time off. However, West still insisted on receiving updates regarding the house.

Saxon reportedly received another request from West the following month, with the rapper asking him to remove all the electricity and windows from the home despite the potential dangers. His contract was soon terminated after refusing to follow West's "dangerous" request.

When the ex-employee started declining to conduct such risky actions, West allegedly threatened that he would not work for him or be his friend anymore. He was soon asked to leave his post.

After the development, Saxon filed the lawsuit and now seeks $1 million on top of the damages for the wages West owed him and damages for the alleged discrimination.

West has yet to respond to the filing.
