Fans of pop diva Britney Spears are really concerned with her smile.
The "Toxic" singer posted a photo of herself Friday afternoon, showing off her toned arms in an animal print bodysuit.
In the caption of this Instagram post, Britney wrote, "Are we on the phone??? WHERE IS SHE??? It's like Alice In Wonderland - only God knows as***** !!!"
While others were again praising her body and face, the post has prompted other readers to comment on her pearly whites.

No one knows what it means, but her followers were more interested in her pearly whites than they were in her caption.
"Comments are on so I'm here to talk about her teeth... what in the world in going on and why does she not look or sound anything like herself?" one user asked. "RIGHTTTT?!?!! Wtf!? This can't be Britney. I don't buy it," another follower wrote, alluding to the theory that the pop star has been replaced with a body double.
"She used to have the BEST smile," another fan chimed in. "It's like she removed her veneers or something," another follower wrote.
"Maybe she stopped using her retainer," another fan wondered.

Some said that the Britney Spears that has been posting might not even be real.

The Princess of Pop may be popular for her songs, but her Instagram dancing videos, especially the ones in which she appears to be wearing little clothing, are not doing so well. "WOW, she actually read the feedback. She is still trying to undo her pants.
