Jennifer Lopez's fans condemned Ben Affleck for making her look like a "side chick" after his outing with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.
The buzz reemerged after Affleck and Garner, who are co-parenting their children, met up in Santa Monica, Calif., on Tuesday, September 26, and rode the actor's car together. It came after they had another sweet moment earlier this month.
Fans Slammed Ben Affleck
OK! Magazine cited a news publication that shared the exclusive photos of Affleck and Garner on the side of a road before riding in the "Justice League" actor's black Mercedes-Benz. Their three children were not with them during an outing, infuriating Lopez's supporters even more.
"Nope, he [is] creeping with his ex-wife, and he is embarrassed of J. Lo," one fan wrote, per the outlet. "He doesn't want to be seen or photographed with her, but will stand in the street or cuddled up with ex-wife, Jennifer Garner. Do you know how stupid this man is making her look? B. A. got J. Lo looking like a side chick."
"J. Lo this your husband in the car again with his ex-wife?" another added. "Momma dont release that album dedicated to this MF. Look at him. He hasn't been seen with you in forever, but this is the third time he has been cuddled up to his ex. Let J. G. have him back. She doesn't respect your marriage."
Affleck has yet to address the recent backlash, but it reignited the previous fury when fans called Garner a homewrecker for being intimate with the actor despite his marriage to Lopez.

For what it's worth, the "The Last Thing He Told Me" actress was spotted hugging Affleck from the backseat of the car while he leaned his head backward during an outing to pick up their daughter.
A few days later, Lopez and Affleck sparked marital issues after they were photographed looking tense and serious while they were with the actress-singer's daughter, Emme.
Lopez and Affleck wed in Las Vegas a year after rekindling their relationship in July 2021. The "Let's Get Loud" singer was previously engaged to Alex Rodriguez while Affleck was with Garner until 2018.
