Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's romance is heating up, but there are people who believe that their relationship isn't real including "Catfish" host Kamie Crawford who claimed that the pop star is only using the NFL player as a distraction from her rumored ex-boyfriend, Matty Healy.
The television personality recently spoke with Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea" podcast to promote the upcoming 8th season of "Catfish" on MTV.
During a teaser for the interview, Crawford said Swift's PR during her short fling with the Manchester-based artist "went really bad" but the publicity with her now-rumored boyfriend is "doing really well."
The host went on to praise The 1975 for their music as she used to love some of their songs and admits that she still listens to some of theirs in the present.
However, Crawford admitted that Healy made "some very problematic comments."
She then noted that Matty Healy was just a "rebound" after her years-long romance with Joe Alwyn.
"She was in a longterm relationship... Then she was in a relationship with someone that wasn't good. And I think people are skipping over that. I think people are thinking that, like, [Matty] Healy was the rebound guy," she said. (via Page Six)
Travis Kelce's Ex Maya Benberry Speaks Out About NFL Star's Relationship With Taylor Swift
The recent news comes after Maya Benberry, the ex-girlfriend of Travis Kelce, spoke with Inside Edition for her first sit-down interview after the rumors between the couple circulated online.
During the interview, the life coach said she questions the genuineness of the pair's relationship because the athlete is "talking to the media a lot."
She also acknowledged the hate that she received from Swift's fandom after she labeled them "aggressive" and "hypocritical."

"It's really crazy to me that someone that I think is positive and really nice has such a negative and angry fanbase," she added.
Later on, she clarified that she has no ill will against the mega pop superstar. She noted that Swift is beautiful and successful but both of them are in "two different lanes."
Benberry also said she's a fan of her music but she doesn't know her on a personal level.
Taylor Swift to Attend Travis Kelce's Game This Weekend?
In other updates, it appears that Taylor Swift will continue supporting her rumored boyfriend as it was reported that she's expected to attend Kansas City Chiefs' match against the New York Jets.
Front Office Sports' Michael McCarthy took to social media to share the rumor, saying Swift will attend the game this October 1, 2023.
The match will air on NBC and the media outlet should expect high ratings due to the pop star's appearance if ever it's true. (via Sports Illustrated)
Despite the rumors and speculations, Taylor Swift has not confirmed whether she's attending or not.
