After much anticipation, NSYNC is ready to promote their involvement with Dreamworks' "Trolls" movie.

Following a period of silence due to an actors' strike, they are officially reunited and plan to attend movie premieres together as a band.

According to TMZ, this marks their first big public appearance since 1998.

Before the movie debuted in theaters this Friday, news surfaced that a last-minute press tour was being organized.

TMZ reports that these plans include attending a premiere Wednesday in Hollywood. While specifics have yet to be unveiled, speculation is that the boys will all come together for the pre-release event.

With the eagerly anticipated release of its new movie, it's no surprise that Universal is doing everything possible to get maximum promotion. This includes sending NSYNC out and about to help spread the word.

Following the much-anticipated conclusion of the SAG-AFTRA strike, this reunion was put together with minimal prior planning. Nevertheless, all five members of the bank - Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Justin Timberlake - are credited in the film.

As a special treat for fans, they also contributed a new song to the movie entitled "Better Place."

The announcement of NSYNC's reunion and the excitement around their new "Trolls" single has many fans clamoring for a large-scale tour.

However, sources report that this still needs to be done - at least not for now. There is only one planned event in Hollywood to promote the song: a small tour stop.

'People Will Survive'

Regarding the aftermath of Justin Timberlake's ex-girlfriend Britney Spears' memoir "The Woman in Me" - which detailed her pregnancy with Justin's baby and the subsequent abortion, as well as allegations of infidelity on his part - Lance Bass has stated that he is still in regular communication with the other members of NSYNC.

"Yes, we're all good," Lance told People magazine. "People will survive."

In early spring, Lance began discussing an idea that had been on people's minds for some time - a reunion of sorts for a "Trolls" movie. Conversations about this long-awaited gathering had finally gained traction.

"It was unexpected to be doing a song this year, [but] it's been incredible," Lance added.

"Justin is the executive producer of the movie's soundtrack, and it just made sense for us to get involved this year because of the story. So he found this amazing song, and we immediately fell in love with it."
