Jack Antonoff is known for being a talented musician as he already produced countless iconic albums for singers such as Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, Lorde, and more. However, the artist and Bleachers frontman is getting a new reputation after he was slammed by online users for his behavior in a recent interview.

According to Page Six, the "Solar Power" producer recently attended the 2023 GQ Man of the Year Awards. During one moment, he was invited to have an interview with comedian Amelia Dimoldenberg on the red carpet.

The conversation was off to a bad start because after the comedian greeted the Grammy Award-winning producer and told him that it was nice to meet him, Antonoff didn't respond as he continued looking at the crowd.

Since Dimoldenberg is popularly known for her dry humor, she asked the singer if his glasses were legit, to which he replied, "Of course they are real," he quipped back. "That's extremely f****** offensive."

Jack Antonoff Slammed by Online Users

Although the video was deleted from TikTok, someone reposted it on Reddit where it continued garnering comments that criticized Antonoff.

"When will people realize he is a massive prick lol. So self-important like everything he makes is the best thing ever. Idk it rubs me the wrong way. Have some humility," one wrote.

"I just thought maybe some humor was getting lost. No, he's truly just an a*******," another one wrote.

"I've never seen him in an interview before so I just assumed he was trying to be sarcastic/join in with Amelia but it just didn't come off very well," one commented.

As of this writing, Jack Antonoff has yet to publicly address the matter.
