Kesha recently gave her fans a unique twist on one of her greatest pop hits at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.

She removed the lyric referencing music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs from the song's opening line, "Tik Tok."

Kesha initially paid tribute to P. Diddy with the line, "Wake up in the morning feelin' like P. Diddy," within her popular electropop banger which was released in 2009.

However, on stage and in a viral video shared across social media platforms, Kesha changed the lyrics to "Wake up in the morning feelin' just like me."

This comes in light of the lawsuit that was filed against him by ex-Cassie Ventura.

Diddy vs. Cassie

In an explosive lawsuit, Cassie has accused rap mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, also known as P. Diddy, of sexual assault and sex trafficking in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

According to court documents obtained by several outlets, the "Me & U" singer filed a civil suit against Diddy on Thursday.

An accusation was made that for a decade leading up to it; Cassie had been subject to trafficking, rape, and violent assaults at the hands of Bad Boy Records' founder Sean Combs. This relationship commenced when she was only 19 years old.

In a statement upon news of the lawsuit, Cassie said, "After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships."

"This was an opportunity to speak up about the trauma I have experienced and that I will be recovering from for the rest of my life."

In a statement released to USA TODAY on Thursday, Diddy denied Cassie's accusations of wrongdoing and retaliated by accusing her of extortion. He referred to the allegations as "offensive and outrageous."

According to them, "For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura's persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail."

"Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs' reputation and seeking a payday."

Case Settled

However, only a day after Cassie started the legal proceedings, it was revealed that she and the defendant have settled.

Douglas Wigdor, acting as Cassie's attorney, released a statement announcing the case resolution. However, details regarding the amount of settlement have not been made public.
