Earlier this year, Michael Bibi revealed that he had been diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer which saddened his supporters. Fortunately, the musician was able to get through it and recover from his illness as he shared a piece of good news in an update.

Taking to his official Instagram account, the singer shared several photos including one of himself leaving the Oak Cancer Center where he spent six months in for his treatment. He also posed for a snap along with the medical staff who helped him.

"CANCER FREE! After 6months of fighting I leave hospital officially in remission with no cancer in my body," he wrote.

He later expressed his gratitude to those who supported him and gave him "energy & strength to fight" and he wanted to thank them from the bottom of his heart.

Although he clarified that he's still "very tired" because he's still under a lot of medication and his body hurts, and his hair completely fell off, he's excited to finally go home.

Many celebrities and co-musicians wished him well in the comment section such as the duo Disclosure, Paris Hilton, Diplo, and many more.

Since many people have noticed that he had been inactive on social media for a month, he finally revealed that he suffered from the medical condition at the time and he had to undergo several tests to determine his illness.

"Last week I was diagnosed with CNS Lymphoma. A very rare cancer that effects the brain & spine. Unfortunately it's moving fast & l to have to stay in hospital starting treatment immediately," he wrote at the time.

Michael Bibi Kept a Positive Spirit During Cancer Treatment

In September, he gave his followers an update as he was able to leave the hospital temporarily following his treatment at the time.

He recalled that when he first got admitted to the medical facility, he was barely able to walk, but he was happy because he got out the hospital while walking following his main treatment.

Throughout his career, Michael Bibi released tracks such as "Got The Fire," "Dance To The Devil," "Shaolin Dreams," and many more.
