A fourth accuser slapped Sean "Diddy" Combs with a sexual assault lawsuit decades after the alleged crime happened.

On Wednesday, December 6, a woman filed the documents in New York federal court in which she accused Diddy of sex trafficking and gang-raping her in 2003. She was only 17 at that time. She also included former president of Bad Boy Entertainment Harve Pierre and a third unnamed man as the assailants.

What Diddy's 4th Accuser Claims Explored

The new Jane Doe plaintiff claimed that Diddy and other men took turns raping her when she was in high school. The act reportedly happened in a bathroom at Daddy's House Recording Studio, which the rapper has since denied.

According to the accuser, Pierre approached her in the Detroit area while she was with a friend and told her Diddy would love to meet her. He called the music mogul and allowed him to personally invite the woman on a trip to New York via a private plane.

The filing, obtained by Rolling Stone, presented photos taken the night of the assault, including a snap showing the alleged victim sitting on Diddy's lap. The woman recalled how the group groped her after feeding her with intoxicants.

"Ms. Doe did not consent to having sex with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting," the lawsuit added. "At some point, Mr. Combs turned Ms. Doe around to face him. He told her that he could not orgasm and asked her to squeeze his nipples as hard as she could to help him 'get off.' He then turned her back around and continued to rape her."

The woman filed the lawsuit under a New York City measure, the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act, which will expire on March 1, 2025.

It followed three other cases filed by different women, including Cassie.

Following the allegations, Diddy issued a statement to Rolling Stone in which he vehemently denied the claims.

"Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy," he said. "Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday."

Diddy firmly added, "Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth."
