Taylor Swift revealed her secret in enduring everything while performing over 44 songs at her Eras Tour shows.

Starting in March, Swift has been serenading her fans as part of her The Eras Tour after previously embarking on her Reputation Stadium Tour in 2018. As a soloist, she tickles people's curiosity as to how she can perform non-stop throughout her more than three-hour setlist.

Taylor Swift Follows a Training Regimen

To prepare herself for the Eras Tour, Swift disclosed that she has a workout routine to test her strength and endurance while improving both.

"Every day I would run on the treadmill, singing the entire set list out loud," she told Time. "Fast for fast songs, and a jog or a fast walk for slow songs."

The "Look What You Made Me Do" singer reportedly started her training at Dogpound in New York City. In addition, her trainers also gave her a plan that focused on weightlifting and strength training, to name a few.

Although she has been expanding her physical strength, Swift admitted that she also had to undergo three months of dance training since learning choreography is not her "strong suit."

"I wanted to get it in my bones," Swift explained. "I wanted to be so over-rehearsed that I could be silly with the fans, and not lose my train of thought."

She also decided to give up alcohol while doing her tour, though she made an exception when she drank at the 2023 Grammy Awards where she was seen looking tipsy while dancing and singing along the performers.

"I grew up as a dancer so I've been trying to find ways to incorporate some of that musicality and fun energy into my workouts - and this is the way I've been able to do that!" she told Today.

Reflecting on the immediate popularity of her video, she shared that her workouts were simple so that people could follow them while listening to their favorite artists' music. She added that most people got interested because the workouts were more about mental health than fully physical.
